ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

Good Kids Creative (“Good Kids”) is committed to providing a welcoming, harassment-free environment for people of all races, ethnicities, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations, physical abilities, appearances, and beliefs.

We believe in having a recorded and publicly available set of guidelines as a necessary part of maintaining that environment. Please take a moment to read our policy, and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

No sexism. No racism. No ableism. No homophobia. No transphobia. No violence.

Yes to kindness. Yes to equality. Yes to community. Yes to love.

Our events, brand activations, and workshops are inclusive to all people.

Good Kids is dedicated to ensuring a harassment-free experience for everyone — including attendees, staff, vendors, and volunteers — regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion.

All participants are expected to comply with this code of conduct to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all members of our diverse community.

What Constitutes Harassment

Harassment includes but is not limited to:

  • Offensive verbal comments related to identity, appearance, or belief.

  • Sexual imagery in public spaces.

  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.

  • Harassing photography, recording, or unwanted contact.

  • Sustained disruption of talks or programming.

  • Inappropriate physical contact or sexual attention.

Anyone asked to stop harassing behavior is expected to comply immediately.

Enforcement

Participants engaging in harassing or discriminatory behavior may be removed from the event without refund at the discretion of organizers. Exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and speakers are equally subject to this code.

Reporting

If you are being harassed, witness harassment, or have any concerns, please notify an employee wearing a neon yellow staff shirt or contact Farah at admin@goodkids.ca immediately.
