AT GOOD KIDS, WE ARE COMMITTED TO A TRANSPARENT, FAIR, AND SECURE HIRING PROCESS. TO PROTECT JOB SEEKERS AND MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF OUR RECRUITMENT, WE HAVE ESTABLISHED THE FOLLOWING OFFICIAL HIRING POLICY:
1. AUTHORIZED COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
OFFICIAL EMAIL DOMAIN: ALL COMMUNICATION WILL COME FROM OFFICIAL GOOD KIDS EMAIL ADDRESSES ENDING IN @GOODKIDS.CA.
LEGITIMATE PLATFORMS: WE ONLY POST JOB OPENINGS ON OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE (WWW.GOODKIDS.CA) AND VERIFIED JOB BOARDS SUCH AS OUR OFFICIAL LINKEDIN PAGE.
2. JOB POSTINGS & APPLICATIONS
CURRENT OPENINGS: OPEN ROLES ARE LISTED EXCLUSIVELY ON OUR OFFICIAL CAREERS PAGE.
APPLICATION PROCESS: APPLICANTS MUST APPLY THROUGH OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE OR AUTHORIZED JOB BOARDS. WE WILL NEVER REQUEST SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION (E.G., BANKING DETAILS) UNTIL AFTER AN OFFICIAL OFFER IS MADE.
3. INTERVIEW PROCESS
FORMAL INTERVIEWS: ALL INTERVIEWS ARE CONDUCTED VIA SCHEDULED VIDEO CALLS OR IN-PERSON MEETINGS.
WE WILL NEVER CONDUCT JOB INTERVIEWS THROUGH MESSAGING APPS LIKE WHATSAPP, TELEGRAM, OR OTHER UNVERIFIED PLATFORMS.INTERVIEW CONFIRMATION: YOU WILL RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH INTERVIEW DETAILS FROM A GOOD KIDS REPRESENTATIVE.
4. OFFER LETTERS
OFFICIAL OFFER LETTERS: LEGITIMATE OFFERS WILL COME FROM AN OFFICIAL GOOD KIDS EMAIL. WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR PAYMENT OR FEES FOR TRAINING, BACKGROUND CHECKS, OR JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES.
5. RED FLAGS TO WATCH FOR
UNSOLICITED OFFERS: BE CAUTIOUS OF UNEXPECTED JOB OFFERS FROM UNFAMILIAR CONTACTS.
NON-OFFICIAL DOMAINS: EMAILS FROM GENERIC DOMAINS LIKE GMAIL, YAHOO, OR UNVERIFIED WEBSITES ARE NOT FROM US.
REQUESTS FOR SENSITIVE INFORMATION: WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION BEFORE AN OFFICIAL OFFER IS EXTENDED.
6. REPORTING & VERIFICATION
SUSPECTED FRAUD: IF YOU SUSPECT FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY OR HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT A JOB POSTING, PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR CONTACT PAGE.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION: ALWAYS VERIFY JOB OFFERS BY VISITING OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE OR CONTACTING US THROUGH VERIFIED COMPANY CHANNELS.

GOOD KIDS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE ANY PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO TAKEN AT ANY EVENT PRODUCED BY GOOD KIDS WITHOUT THE EXPRESSED WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THOSE INCLUDED WITHIN THE PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO. GOOD KIDS MAY USE THE PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO IN PUBLICATIONS OR OTHER MEDIA MATERIAL PRODUCED, USED OR CONTRACTED BY GOOD KIDS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: BROCHURES, INVITATIONS, BOOKS, NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES, TELEVISION, WEBSITES, ETC.
A PERSON ATTENDING AN GOOD KIDS EVENT WHO DOES NOT WISH TO HAVE THEIR IMAGE RECORDED FOR DISTRIBUTION SHOULD MAKE THEIR WISHES KNOWN TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER, AND/OR THE EVENT ORGANIZERS, AND/OR CONTACT GOOD KIDS (EMAIL) IN WRITING OF HIS/HER INTENTIONS AND INCLUDE A PHOTOGRAPH. GOOD KIDS WILL USE THE PHOTO FOR IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES AND WILL HOLD IT IN CONFIDENCE.
BY PARTICIPATING IN A GOOD KIDS EVENT OR BY FAILING TO NOTIFY GOOD KIDS , IN WRITING, YOUR DESIRE TO NOT HAVE YOUR PHOTOGRAPH USED BY GOOD KIDS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO RELEASE, DEFEND, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY GOOD KIDS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS INVOLVING THE USE OF YOUR PICTURE OR LIKENESS.
ANY PERSON OR ORGANIZATION NOT AFFILIATED WITH GOOD KIDS MAY NOT USE, COPY, ALTER OR MODIFY GOOD KIDS PHOTOGRAPHS, GRAPHICS, VIDEOGRAPHY OR OTHER, SIMILAR REPRODUCTIONS OR RECORDINGS WITHOUT THE ADVANCE WRITTEN PERMISSION OF AN AUTHORIZED DESIGNEE FROM GOOD KIDS.

LIABILITY WAIVER:
IN CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR PURCHASE OF TICKET TO ATTEND A GOOD KIDS EVENT, YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND/OR EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS AND CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR PROPERTY OR LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY THAT YOU PERSONALLY SUSTAIN, INCLUDING DEATH, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE COMPANY OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES OR NOT WHILE ATTENDING THIS EVENT IN PERSON, REGARDLESS OF LOCATION.
